Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide an exceptional sales experience.
